Referral Fee Program for Licensed Agents
We offer attractive referral fees for licensed agents under the following conditions:

Owner Referral: When you refer a new property owner to us, and we secure a long-term management contract and place a qualified resident in their property.

Resident Referral: When you refer a prospective tenant (after personally showing them the property) who completes an application, meets our qualifications, and signs a binding long-term lease for one of our properties.

Listing Protection Guarantee
We ensure that your listing is protected! If the owner you refer to us decides to sell the property in the future, we will refer them back to you for the sales listing. This way, you maintain your client relationship and potential commission.
